Guidelines
International Orders
We accept international orders by internet only. Our preferred method of payment is American Express, Discover Card or Bank Wire Transfers. We do not accept Visa, MasterCard or any other types of credit cards issued outside of the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico. Orders placed with an international Visa or MasterCard will be automatically cancelled.
If you are paying with American Express or Discover, both the shipping address and the billing address must be listed with your credit card issuer. Please review our policy regarding billing and shipping addresses.
Bank wire transfers are the alternative to paying with American Express or Discover credit cards.
When you place an international order, the shipping options shown are the only methods available to your country.
Certain items cannot be shipped internationally. We reserve the right to remove any of these items from your order prior to shipping it out or cancel any order that only contains these items. You will not be charged for any items removed or cancelled orders.
*International orders are all orders with ship-to addresses outside of the United States and Puerto Rico. International orders do not include orders being shipped to APO/FPO boxes. For more information on APO/FPO please scroll down to the APO/FPO section on this page.
Freight Charges
When placing your order, the freight will be automatically calculated when you select your shipping method.
Brokerage/Customs/Duty Fees
There may be additional charges due at the time of delivery for your international order. These may include brokerage fees, duty fees, customs fees, international tariff fees, and other fees that may be specifically related to your country.
All fees due at the time of delivery are the customer's responsibility.
If you refuse the package and do not pay the fees due, UPS will return the package to StrictlyPetSupplies. The total amount of fees due, plus any return shipping UPS charges us, will be deducted from your refund in addition to the standard 7% restocking fee charged on all returns for credit.
If the fees are more than the amount of the refund, the difference will be charged to your card upon receipt of the package.
If you refuse to pay the fees at the request of UPS and they still deliver the package, StrictlyPetSupplies, Inc. will hold you responsible for any fees we incur for your package. By doing so you are authorizing StrictlyPetSupplies, Inc. to charge the credit card you used to place the original order the exact amount for any fees the shipping company deflected back to us. Please note that since these fees are non-refundable we will not be able to refund them to you for ANY reason.

Do you ship to APO, FPO addresses?
If you require shipment to an APO/FPO Military address please follow the instructions below.
- In the city field enter in APO/FPO.
- Fill in the zip code and state fields as you normally would.
- Currently the only ship method available to APO/FPO addresses is USPS Priority Mail.
- USPS and APO/FPO address will deliver packages up to but not exceeding 70 pounds.
APO/FPO orders may require up to 14 business days to process and ship. Most shipments are delivered to APO/FPO destinations in 1 to 3 weeks.

COD Orders
We do not ship orders COD to APO/FPO boxes. You may pre-pay for an order by sending us a bank wire. For more information on bank wires, refer to the Bank Wire Transfer Information section of this service guide.
Do you ship to Puerto Rico?
Yes, StrictlyPetSupplies.com does ship to Puerto Rico and welcomes Puerto Rican customers.

Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, StrictlyPetSupplies.com does ship to Canada and welcomes Canadian customers.
Ship Methods

Most shipments are delivered to Canadian destinations in 2-8 business days from date of order, depending upon the shipping method.
NOTE: Shipping charges to Canada shown on our site do not include GST, PST, brokerage fees or any other duties, taxes, or fees which may be applicable and are due at time of delivery.

Please make sure it is legal to ship the products you are ordering into your country prior to placing an order. If an order is held indefinitely at customs or returned to us, the customer will be held responsible for the non-returned merchandise and/or any and all freight charges associated with the order.
What about the rest of the world?
International orders must be placed online. We ship all international orders via UPS. If your country is in our list of countries below, we can ship to your country. If your country is not listed, we are sorry but at this time we cannot ship to your country. Ship Methods
