Damaged in shipping: If a product arrives damaged please Email us and we can arrange to have it shipped back or replaced. Do not send the package back using your own shipping methods. If you return damaged product to us using your own shipping methods without contacting us we will not cover the shipping charges.
Ordered wrong product: We
must be contacted within 30 days of receipt. Initial shipping
and handling charges are non refundable.
The Product
must be in new condition and still in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns on toys or parishable items such
as food. Please leave all tags on collars when fitting on
the
animal. Some of our items are under manufacturer warrenties
only, where it will be stated.
We recommend that you ship returns via UPS or FedEx
Ground as these carriers provide the ability to monitor your
shipment and automatically insure packages valued up to $100.
If your package is valued at more than $100, we recommend
that you insure the package for it's total value, in the
event of loss. If you choose to use the United States Postal
Service (USPS) we highly recommend that you insure your
package. StrictlyPetSupplies holds no responsibility for
uninsured packages that are lost in transition.
